Basileus, Brother Torye Harris, and the brothers of Theta Omicron Chapter of The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated would like to welcome you. We are a graduate chapter composed of educated men who have come together to do the work of Omega in Rochester, New York and the Greater Rochester Community. Our chapter currently oversees the undergraduate program at the University of Rochester.
Omega Psi Phi is a unique group of men that encourages high standards and community standards and assists in building character & leadership.
An organization of men bound together by FRIENDSHIP, knowledge, brotherhood, common goals, and aspirations.
