From the Basileus of Theta Omicron Chapter

You are visiting the website of Theta Omicron chapter, an associated group of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. We are located in the western region of upstate New York in the city of Rochester. Rochester is the home of the International Talent Hunt Chair Brother Larry Pough and our 39th Grand Basileus Dr. Andrew Ray.

Theta Omicron was charted in 1955 providing quality service to the Rochester community through our mandated programs. Through our Theta Omicron Scholarship Foundation, we have exemplified a philanthropic movement of providing over a quarter of a million dollars in scholarships to young scholars from the area fulfilling their aspirations by attending various Historic Black Colleges.

As we celebrate 65 years of service, we hope that you join the Brothers in preserving our rich legacy of exceptional Brothers of the past, present, and future in which we’re humbly grateful to embrace in the ROC!!!

Hope you enjoy our site and support our cause.
